Once your order has been successfully received and processed by our warehouse team, please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be issued.
Refunds are allocated back to your original form of payment used for purchase.
Refunds for all items purchased with COD are issued in-store only.
Shipping fees, return costs, NUDRESS™ Gift Cards, all accessories types under accessories collection, made-to-order/made-to-measure/customized or personalized orders, face-masks, destination's custom duties/taxes & delivery/shipping fees are not refundable.
Any refund claims that do not meet our policies, will not be accepted.
We do not offer refunds where products are not defective.
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We'll make it right for you.
