Returns & Exchange T&C's

We have a 24 hours return policy, which means you must submit your request within' 24 hours of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

    Any adjustments required that are included but not limited to length, cup size, and or considered as minor adjustment, will be done free of charge unless stated the otherwise and based on the adjustments required by the customer. We do not offer returns or refunds where products are not defective. 

      NUDRESS shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to product while in transit or otherwise. More on Shipping Policy & Insurance

        Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged; products included but not limited to NUDRESS™ Gift Cards, made-to-order/made-to-measure/customized or personalized orders, face-masks, custom duties/taxes & shipping fees.

          To ensure a hassle-free returns and exchange process. We provide a free return Express shipping labels for all our customers worldwide.

            Product exchanges are subject to the same amount which the item listed/bought for. Any additional amount will be paid by the customer. In the event that the product exchanged is lower in price, a NUDRESS™ Gift Card will be provided for that amount.

              Eligible returns and exchanges for all items purchased with COD are issued in-store only. 

                Any return/exchange claims that does not meet our policy, will not be accepted.
